A: Speedy Clean Enterprises, LLC, is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee and was established in 1999. The Company has owned and managed fourteen washes ranging from full-service tunnels, in-bay automatics, and self-service washes.

Its founder, Derek A. Miser, is a former Merrill Lynch Senior Advisor who maintains a high standard of professionalism throughout his entire operation. “Clean Cars Make Paydays Happen!” is the core value that he drives home to all in the organization.

Derek’s years for thorough due diligence and marketing expertise are two of the top reason’s the Company’s services are sought by leaders in the petroleum industry. Q2: Is this a franchise?

A: No, although the sites all have the same look and name, the washes are not franchises. Speedy Clean Enterprises, LLC, does not provide national marketing for the washes or conduct regional sales or training related to these washes. The goal of this plan is to maintain a consistent look and appearance for the benefit of the petroleum client.

Q3: Why are these sites superior to most others in the market?

A. Today, people’s lives are more and more hectic. Convenience becomes the name of the game. Nothing is easier than a suggestive sell when someone begins to fuel-up their vehicle. Speedy Clean does provide site specific financial projections for your review and will be attempt to provide you reasonable data related to your pursuit of financing.

Q6: What type of wash am I required to utilize—Touchfree? Or Friction?

A: Speedy Clean Enterprises, LLC, is not a distributor of equipment; however, it has spent considerable resources conducting due diligence in evaluating and selecting the proper equipment for this application. All washes offer its customers an option of either a touchfree wash or a friction wash. The top wash incorporates both methods and delivers an unmatched cleaning for those who desire the best in what we deliver. The washes are fully automated, outfitted with the latest in surveillance and remote financial monitoring technologies. The package is well designed regarding energy and waste management. A. The first step is to email your interests. Secondly, Speedy Clean Enterprises, LLC, will forward to you the proper non-disclosure document for your review and upon your execution of that document, precise data regarding key statistics will be provided for your view.

Once you are confident you want to pursue a location or cluster of locations, you will execute a Letter of Indent Agreement which will official begin the process. During that time you will be able to review the lease and make final decisions regarding execution of the construction agreements, equipment purchase agreements, and final lease agreements.
